Well, once again we’ve let our blogging slip. For Easter we made these cute cookies! Jon did most of the work, rolling out the dough and actually cutting out the shapes. Then I sprinkled the colored sugar on. In one of our recipe books we found out you can make your own colored suger by dropping a few drops of food coloring in normal sugar and then stirring it up! Came out pretty good, with a little clumping. I think it’d work better if we had started with a courser grain sugar. Jon made a giant dinosaur egg patterned cookie and it was by far our best tasting cookie!
