We discovered a little Hong Kong style bakery this week. It’s called Regent Cafe and it’s so good! The egg tarts are super yum and they have those HK style cakes I love!

We were hesitant to try this at first, but Eileen generously gave us a restaurant.com gift certificate. We decided to use it to go to Santa Fe Mexican Grill. When we walked in, we were impressed by [...]

Last weekend, I went with my scout troop to Alpental at Snoqualmie. We got up there at about 11am, which was good because we spent about 5-7 hours building the igloos. We used ice saws to cut out bricks, which we used for walls. There were five of us sleeping in our igloo, so that [...]

There were 150 people there (including programmers, designers, businesspeople, lawyers, and others) all with the intention of creating and launching a business in the weekend. It was even featured on the news. To begin with, [...]

Crossroads mall is probably one of our favorite places to go. We go there are least once a week. They’ve got this half price bookstore where they have all sorts of books and CDs for at least half the marked price. A couple of weeks ago we went there and picked up a whole box [...]
