Hong Kong Bakery
We discovered a little Hong Kong style bakery this week. It’s called Regent Cafe and it’s so good! The egg tarts are super yum and they have those HK style cakes I love!

Oh my goodness. I have been looking for this recipe for weeks! It’s sad that Utah doesn’t have many opportunities for real Asian desserts. You guys are lucky!

Looks so good! I need to find a place like that near us. There’s a bakery in the H-Mart near our home, but the pastries just are not the same. And, no dantat either.
