Creme Bru-yum
A couple of weeks ago Jon and I bought this creme brulee torch. Our purchase was inspired by our desire for this seared tuna dish that they have at this local sushi shop. In the end, we we figured out how to sear our tuna in a pan instead of with the torch, but the torch did help us make some great creme brulee. Yum
