Homemade bagels!
Last Monday we made these bagels for FHE http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Bread-Machine-Bagels/Detail.aspx
They came out great! The bagels were a lot easier to make than anticipated. Even though the recipe says it’s specifically for bread machines you would be able to make them by hand (it’d just take a lot longer). Once the dough was done all we had to do was shape it, boil them for a minute then throw them in the oven! If you follow the recipe as is it should come out great.
